“24 Hours” is a love song, though from a modern-mainstream hip-hop perspective. What that basically means is that dudes can’t just be like ‘I love you’ and simply drop metaphors centered on that idea. Instead there also has to be numerous references to sex, with some of them of course being quite explicit.
Also there has to be various allusions to wealth, i.e. the artists’ willingness to spend or floss big considering that the addressee is someone he actually cherishes as opposed to your average groupie. Indeed such is what the title of the track, which is perhaps the most-selflessly romantic part of the song, is intended to point to. And that is the vocalist’s dedication to be there for the woman he loves “24 hours” a day, “7 days a week”.
