More about Tomlinson’s mother Johannah Deakin

She was born Johannah Poulston on March 25, 1973 in Doncaster, England. As a teenager, she met a man named Troy Austin, whom she began a romantic relationship with. In 1991, when Johanna was 18 years old, that relationship resulted into her giving birth to Louis Tomlinson.

When Tomlinson was only just a toddler, she and his father, Troy Austin, separated. She later married a man named Mark Tomlinson, who became young Tomlinson’s stepfather and gave him his surname. She and Mark Tomlinson had four children together. In 2011, that marriage came to an end. Johannah went on to get married again. This time to a man (Daniel Deakin) who was about 10 years younger than her. She mothered two more children with Deakin and remained married to him until her death in 2016.

At the time of Johannah’s death, her son Tomlinson was estranged from his biological father. However, she and Tomlinson were very close.
